如何計(jì)算帶式環(huán)保壓濾機(jī)的功率處理能力

帶式濃縮壓濾機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱帶式壓濾機(jī))是依據(jù)化學(xué)絮凝接觸過(guò)濾和機(jī)械擠壓原理而制成的高效固液分離設(shè)備，因其具有工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單、自動(dòng)化程度高、運(yùn)行連續(xù)、控制操作簡(jiǎn)便和工作過(guò)程可調(diào)節(jié)等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并且省卻了污泥濃縮池、在一定程度上節(jié)省了建設(shè)資金，正得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。
經(jīng)絮凝的污泥首先進(jìn)入重力脫水區(qū)，大部分游離水在重力作用下通過(guò)濾帶被濾除；隨著濾帶的運(yùn)行，污泥進(jìn)入由兩條濾帶組成的楔形區(qū)，兩條濾帶對(duì)污泥實(shí)施緩慢加壓，污泥逐漸增稠，流動(dòng)性降低，過(guò)渡到壓榨區(qū)；在壓榨區(qū)，污泥受到遞增的擠壓力和兩條濾帶上下位置交替變化所產(chǎn)生的剪切力的作用，大部分殘存于污泥中的游離水和間隙水被濾除，污泥成為含水率較低的片狀濾餅；上下濾帶經(jīng)卸料輥分離，憑借濾帶曲率的變化并利用刮刀將濾餅刮落，實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的固液分離，而上、下濾帶經(jīng)沖洗后重新使用，進(jìn)行下一周期的濃縮壓濾。
帶式壓濾機(jī)在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中所涉及的主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)有：
