淺談柱塞泥漿泵的知識和原理

　　泥漿泵是指在鉆探過程中向鉆孔里輸送泥漿或水等沖洗液的機械。泥漿泵是鉆探設備的重要組成部分。下面華星泵業(yè)小編為大家淺談下柱塞泥漿泵的知識和原理。
 
　　在常用的正循環(huán)鉆探中它是將地表沖洗介質──清水泥漿或聚合物沖洗液在一定的壓力下經過高壓軟管水龍頭及鉆桿柱中心孔直送鉆頭的底端以達到冷卻鉆頭、將切削下來的巖屑清除并輸送到地表的目的。
 
　　常用的泥漿泵是活塞式或柱塞式的由動力機帶動泵的曲軸回轉曲軸通過十字頭再帶動活塞或柱塞在泵缸中做往復運動。在吸入和排出閥的交替作用下實現(xiàn)壓送與循環(huán)沖洗液的目的。
